CANTILEVER BEAM WITH DISTRIBUTED LOAD

A cantilever beam has a rectangular cross section. Its left end is fixed to a rigid wall, and its top face is subjected to a distributed load q. The beam is made of plain carbon steel with Young's modulus of 30.5 Mpsi, and Poisson's ratio of 0.28. The problem is solved numerically using FEM with SolidWorks Simulation.
